I experienced a false prophet once. How the elect aren’t deceived? When a false prophet quotes scriptures, they usually start correctly then twist the words around as they read to suit their own needs. An elect though not knowing the verse word for word, knows the true from the false. How? The Holy Spirit reveals the truth and the lies and gives that knowledge to the elect individual. It’s amazing when it happens. The elect just wants to rebuke the false individual (but it a false prophet or false Christ) right to his/her face in Jesus name.
