How Does the Restoration of God Work?

Over the past week, the Lord has given us several words about restoration. He said we are now in a Season of Restoration. I have seen things being restored in my own life lately. But just how does this work? Why does everyone not see restoration right now? Or at all? How can we know restoration is for us?
