Anxiety is a growing global public health problem with 92 million benzodiazepine prescriptions dispensed in the U.S. alone in 2019. The problem has not improved, and the youth are being especially affected.
The Word of God tells us to "be anxious for nothing." This is a discussion of what that actually means and how we can be less anxious.
